Rules & Regulations
● Full day events will end no later than 10PM. No exceptions.
● Half day events must be vacated by 2PM. No exceptions.
● Use of glitter, confetti, and similar substances are prohibited.
● Use of any tape on walls/ceilings is prohibited.
● All trash must be removed from the building and placed in the trash cans that are located
on the side of the building or removed from the property.
● No vehicles are permitted beyond the parking area.
● No equipment or furnishings may be removed from the building.
● Use of projector/screen will only be available upon prior request.
● Thermostat should be set to 65 heat in the winter months and 75 ac in the summer months
upon departure.
● All appliances should be emptied and cleaned upon departure.
● All outdoor decorations must be removed from the property including but not limited to
balloons tied to the mailbox.
Renter is responsible for any loss, breakage, or damages.
Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned regulations will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
